Mowbray Park Apartments – Concrete Reinforcement

Steelfixing to the ‘Mowbray Park Apartments’ block was carried out by OSR personnel. The rear of the apartments, over five floors, was designed to mirror the adjacent award winning curved glass-clad Winter Gardens building, but also to incorporate the existing frontal façade of the old Pallintine Hotel.

The ‘out of square’ corner site was all angles and curves, with ‘V’ shaped rooms and atrium.

Together with the main contractor Tolent Construction, OSR finished on time, within budget and with zero accidents or injuries.
